Step 1: Book a Free Discovery Call​
Start with a complimentary 15-minute Discovery Call. After booking, you'll be prompted
to complete a brief intake questionnaire to share details about your group or event.
This call is our chance to connect, align with your vision, and discuss key logistics like
group size, preferred dates, and any unique themes or needs. I’ll also answer any
questions you have!
Step 2: Complete the Questionnaire​
Once your Discovery Call is scheduled, you’ll receive a Google form to fill out. This short
questionnaire helps learn more about your group dynamics, desired outcomes, and
accessibility considerations, ensuring we craft the perfect experience for you.

Step 3: Receive Your Personalized Proposal​
After our Discovery Call, we’ll put together a personalized proposal for your forest therapy walk. This proposal will outline all the elements of your experience, from sensory invitations to optional add-ons like a tea ceremony or nature journaling, tailored specifically to your needs.

​Step 4: Enjoy the Experience​
On the day of your walk, we’ll lead your group through a mindful, customized forest therapy experience designed around your intentions. You’ll explore nature with all your senses, enjoy moments of stillness, and leave feeling grounded, connected, and rejuvenated.

What should we bring to the walk?
Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for a gentle walk in nature. We recommend bringing water, bug spray, and a light jacket if needed.

What if the weather is bad?
We proceed in most weather conditions, but in the case of severe weather, such as thunderstorms or high winds,
we will reschedule the walk for safety reasons.
